I have the error message "The Tri-color print cartridge inserted immediately is not intended for use in this printer " on myHP 2355. I found the instructions to install the update from HP which I did after buying a replacement videotape. It is working OK for now. Where do I appointment or contact to get a reimbursement for the cartridge I have to remove? It was a full tape & has a 2007 date on it. Thanks
