My lexmark 3100 series isnt connected to my computer anymore what do i do my disk is broke and i cant install?

my stupid computer somehow disconnected my printer so my disk is broken how do i reinstall it next to no disk?

Answer:
Go to the lexmark website and download a new driver
step to Lexmark.com and go to drivers and downloads box. Then search for your printer and download the drivers. INstall and voila. Happy Printing.

Answer #4 on here openly didn't read you question, if you want to bring back your current printer to work why would he tell you to buy a exotic printer. Just download the drivers. Unless the printer is dead why replace it.
Go to Lexmark's website and download a latest print driver for that series of printer. Then you can reinstall the printer using the Add Printer wizard, and choose Have disk... and manually select the driver.

Its best to save the driver to your desktop so you can confidently locate it.
While the above answers work, stay away from Lexmark. They have some of the worst support for their products slab none (former in home computer tech here). If you want a apt brand with suitable support check out Epson/Cannon. Nothing but good experiences beside both of them, they may in reality be owned by the same company immediately as well.
Go to the Lexmark website and down nouns a new driver for the printer onto your PC directly, or copy it onto a disc or Floppy, then install it on your computer.
