If your printer have a copy feature, Maybe it have a scan feature too. But if you own a 3x5 picture sitting on your desktop and want it on your pc, You will enjoy to scan it
If your printer has scanner function, consequently you would be able to.
If you enjoy the physical copy, you could scan it into the computer using a scanner.

If u have the picture printed or taken already, u requirement a scanner so it will scan the pic bac onto the computer. U can save these pics on a cd, floppy, USB Stick upload to the network etc.
You need a scanner. Some printers enjoy them built in.
You move up the lid, put in your picture and scan it. and next save it to your PC. If you do not own a scanner or a printer with one built contained by you can go to Wal-mart and they will scan it and put it on a disk for you (not free couple of bucks)
