There are several things that may facilitate. When the ink is low all kind of thing jump wrong. The black ink seems to be the one that cause more problems, but first do a power reset by removing the power plug from the wall for a minute. If the problem is still there after you return the power, hold down the rescind button and press the color button. This should print a test page.
