Is it o.k to buy a photo printer and use it as you would a regular printer?

Answer:
It is okay, but be aware that photo printers aren't designed to last as long as a regular printer. They are designed to print a couple of pictures every once contained by a while, but regular printers are designed to print a lot of page all the time, so they will later a much longer time.
And, just because you aren't printing pictures doesnt expect it will act any different, so to it, it's impossible to tell apart as printing pictures so it wears out only just as fast
sure
Yes. Photo printers are conventional printers that also print in photo power, but they can be used normally as very well. Check the users manual.
No it's not. Why? Because it's expensive to uphold just to run it as a regular printer and it's optimized to printing photographs that technique special photo paper requests to be used. Printing on a regular paper wont make a contribution expected results. However If you meant on A4 InkJet photo printer that ones can be used as they are regular printers next to enhanced technology for printing photos. I am not sure about which one you be referring...

Yes, simply be sure you're not buying one of the portable 4x6 photo printers.

Otherwise, basically, every printer you buy will do photos as an added facet. Since do-it-yourself photo printing has become so popular, companies such as HP, Canon, and Epson enjoy machines that do fantastic photos aside from just average document printing. My favorite one out right now is the HP C5180.
