When turned on, my lexmark x63 is giving me an error code clich¨¦ "cover open, close cover" and "cover amenable, change tape." I have readjusted the cartridges and double checked the cover.. what could this be?

try to clear memory of the printer by pressing the stop button ..unplug and replug the power cable...remove your finger from stop button when it shows memory clearing contained by the display..
check the date on the printer .it must match next to the date on the computer...
Try these steps if it still shows device busy please mail backbone...
