Brother printer MFC210C?

I enjoy changed the ink cartridges as specified in the instructions. I own verified that they are correctly placed on the slot.
the printer is still telling me that nearby are no cartridges.
I turned the printer on and off to see if this would reset

The LCD blind says: Install Cyan
I expand the printer, I have re installed adjectives the cartridges. I have closed and it asks did you change> etc I respond and later it says no cartridges

Answer:
it could be the ink censer surrounded by the printer or it could be a faulty pushcart.

update:
oh today i was working on a brother mfc310 and the customer have put in the wrong ink. sort sure you are using 210m not 310m.
Pretty much it sounds like you hold gotten a lemon. Contact brother and tell them the problem and they should pilfer care of you. If they do not, appropriate it to wherever you purchased it and make clear to them it is broken and you need a topical one. Once again if they don't help you. Just transport it to Office Max. I work there and we would definately consent to you exchange it to get a topical one and then you shouldn't hold any more problems! Good luck
