Anyone know of a Vista compatible printer for the business 32 bit version/?

Almost adjectives new ones are, the best path would be to decide on a printer you close to and then check the manufacturer's pattern site. I personally use Canon PIXMA, runs great, but most do (plus, next to the 32 bit version you can use most XP drivers too and they still work fine).
