my black ink wont print, my infirm black ink cartridge wouldnt print so i get a new videotape and it still wont print black? color prints just fine ive tried printing question paper page and unplugging the printer than back within, what to try next

I own your same problem. The thing to try subsequent is to take out the tape and clean the jet. They give you directions for doing this. I assume you own printed the clean jet page as well as the tryout page. I did all this and it help. But it still was not right. So I get another cartridge. That worked. Made me for a time angry I must confess.
Chances are that if it is a brand new black videotape and it has messed up just as the concluding one has the printer is insensible.

If the cartridge be opened refill or not an original (sealed) contained by box cartridge from lexeme. And you did progress through two of them it is time to replace the printer.
