Brother MFC Printer Not printing black. HELP!!?
My brother 6 within 1 printer will not print black. Also the Black text comes out colored Magenta and I own to select Inkjet Paper no matter what type of article I am using. What can I do to fix this??
Answer:
Hi, you have a button that say ink on the front panel on of the printer.
Hit is and scroll through the option until you see one that say clean the nozzles or print director. Hit OK
Do this several times, your printer should start printing black shortly.
If it has be a very long time (more than 2 months) or you are using refill cartridges you may have a difficult time getting your printer to print again.
You may also want to formulate sure you actually own black ink left surrounded by the ink tank.
Have you tried Print Head cleaning ??
Start,
Printers and Faxes,
Right click Printer god,
then Properties,
afterwards Utilities tab,
click Head Cleaning.
You need to set your printer to print near the black ink cartridge ONLY.
What have happened, is that your color tape has run out of threatening color and the only ink color departed is red.
You can specify which cartridge to use when printing documents. Some evasion settings are automatically set to use the color cartridge.
Check your black ink videotape. Switch over to using that one instead of the color one.
Otherwise, cartridge will hold to be replaced.
