click on programs look for printer click on and see if it highlited and a check mark near default surrounded by box, if not click on include printer it will look for the driver suitable for your machine or contained by its series then click ok it will reinstall the driver when done reboot workstation, also check and see if you have full ink cartreges.
some times you necessitate to reinstall or add to variety pc to reconize the hardware.

have you tried the "print theory test page" from your printer's properties?
if not, check your ink smooth, if it's fine the problem must be your printer's driver/software. uninstall your printer's software/driver-restart your pc-reinstall the printer's driver/software-restart. always check your printer's properties and click on "print trial page" to make sure your notebook recognizes your printer.
