What does the error box 'spooler process' aim?

a spooler is a process that controls adding and removing thigs from queue - in this luggage, seeing as you've mentioned having an issue beside your printer i'd guess it's your printer spooler causing issues - firstly, lately unplug your printer from the power socket on the wall, wait a minute (literally 60 seconds) and power it subsidise on. Sounds like a print undertaking has get stuck (often happens if it's a big print).
Go to Control Panel / Printers and Faxes and double click your printer. See if there's a blockage or any curtailed print jobs and delete them. Turn stale printer, and back on again and try again.

C:\Windows\system32\Spool\Prin... Delete the .spl and .shd files (with date of fault appearing)
