Probably not. When you look within the manual, you will see that it specifies that 4 X 6 can be printed surrounded by a borderless fashion, using the special photo tray. But larger rag does not fit in the special tray that does borderless printing. Without the special tray, you can't print on the front end of the paper because of the "grabber". The ink printing commander also does not travel to the full width of the weekly, so you can't go borderless on both edges any.
You can pick a more standard size, like 8 X 10", but plan your printing to center that on the A4 broadsheet. Otherwise, pick a non-standard trim size and plan on trimming of the edges.

You should be able to set a custom daily size, but it's my experience that no matter what they read aloud, HP prints are never borderless.
