How do you fix a print spooler error surrounded by WIndows next to a Samsung CLP-300 Printer?

I hold on to getting a spooler error. I have reset to automatic through control panel - even reinstalling printer drivers from Samsung site shows up an error message during install...is this a Windows problem or Samsung printer problem?

Turn computer sour UN plug printer from power, plug in again start computer, it will recuperate.
