My malfunctioning printer can't print colour. Please support!?
I have reinserted a unsullied colour cartridge, but I still hold the same problem even after re-aligning the cartridges multiple times. Does anyone know how I can fix this or what I should do?
Thanks.
Answer:
Your print come first is clogged because you probably didn't use the printer for an extended period of time. You can attempt to verbs it with some alcohol and a q-tip but that will most-likely not work out too and in good health and you're better of just buying a clean printer. Inkjets are cheap!
This is most likely a software failure, rather than a hardware one. Try space your printers folder and selecting "Printer preferences" (or "printing center" or other option) and look for a way out which says "print colour descriptions in black and white", and move it.
Good luck fixing the problem!
try calling hp customer support...they will help you solve the problem...and if they cant...they will probably convey you a new one
Okay, you probably did this, but only just in skin...
There is a piece of tape covering the holes where on earth the ink comes out on new cartridges. This must be removed previously inserting the new videotape into the printer.
