1. Check with USB Cable.
2. Check if the Default Printer is your Printer within Printers and Faxes in Control Panel.
3. Check the Documents contained by Que : Canceled all the Documents by Right clicking on the printer Icon next to a Black Check mark (default Printer) and Click Cancel adjectives Documents.
4. Refresh the Print Spooler, To go to Print Spooler Start>Run> and Type Services.msc flush for Print Spooler, after finding Right click on it and Select Restart and after completing restart the computer..
