After replacing the toner cartruge my photocopier does not functioning. it display an error message?

Fist produce sure you have the correct toner tape. If it is a refilled tape or re-manufactured cartridge it may be expired.

Before going to return or exchange the videotape,check your manual and net sure you have correctly installed the videotape and follow all the installation guidelines.
