i merely put in tentative cart. and the color wont print. I assume the color printer got turned sour so i can only print black. I enjoy people recounting me to go into option to change it to color, but i dont see that contained by my properties. I need more step by step comfort please.

Have you tried Print Head cleaning ??
Start,
Printers and Faxes,
Right click Printer icon,
after Properties,
then Utilities tab,
click Head Cleaning.
Generally the first point to do if haven't done it before, is read the directions. Did you verbs the tape rotten the electrical connections on the cartridge until that time inserting it?
If you did, it is probably and option checked to simply print black. Look in the printer option, and read every option alertly.
