I be trying to print something, but when I went to hook the printer to my laptop, the quantity where you plug surrounded by the cord on my laptop was loose, I hooked it up anyway, but the computer would not certificate my printer. Any idea on how to fix it or how much it would cost? Thanks for your backing!

Just turn off the printer and restart your computer.
Then turn the printer wager on on. It'll work fine.
Or do you mean the cable itself is broken? If so, shift buy a new cable for ~$10.
