With a laser printer, is it possible to print a picture near 0 inch margins?

i know it's easier said than done for inkjet's because the printer needs something to take onto to spray the ink. but what about laser printers?
if my picture is 8.5 x 11 is it possible to print next to no margins?

Answer:
Actually, most of the inkjet nowadays are competent to print borderless. So you dont need to capture a laser to do that. I know my inkjet does and its a HP Photosmart 2575 all-in-one.

Most of my family's newer models HP printers all can do that borderless piece. From 4R to letter size (8.5x11) to A4. There is an remedy to select borderless printing in the print menu.
I don't know any "consumer level" color laser printer that would do it.
A consumer height laser printer will not print pictures, if you are looking for a borderless 8.5 x 11 print you best option is do run to a photo lab, almost every place now have the ability to create pictures from a denial, disc, smart card, or print.
