Canon MP460 Printer margins other wrong... anyone else enjoy this problem?

I hold a Canon MP460 printer. When printing documents from Word for Mac, my left edge is consistently one half inch larger than it should be. I enjoy tried adjusting my margins, varying my printer settings, everything. The only article that works is setting up my documents with a departed margin a partly inch smaller than it should be. This is irritating as I don't want to have to play near every single document open or create formerly printing. I have checked the daily feed and it appears that everything is fine on that pause. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?

Answer:
This is an unusual problem.
Are you facing similar problem if you are printing from some other software ?
Make sure the quality newspaper size selected and physical daily size is same.
May be by reinstalling the driver and PPD files it will solve the problem.
You need to authoritarian down exactly how and when the problem occurs.

You say-so it is obvious from Word for Mac, OK,
Create a PDF of your word document and prospect onscreen, does it look OK ? If so print the PDF
If not you know it's a word issue, might need to reload word to clear a "gremlin"

If you printede the PDF, examine the printout, are margins even ? if YES it's an issue between word and the printer driver, contact Canon for support
If NO, it's a printer / driver issue.

Do a 2nd try-out from different application, are margins even ?

If margins always variable, try reloading the printer driver (sorry I'm a windows man, hope you know how) and retry.

If problem still nearby, and the obvious stuff of broadsheet guides on printer being set correctly, contact Canon support.
