My printer is printing black certificate contained by blue colour & blue deed within black colour.How can I take rid of this problem

The ink surrounded by my black cartridge have finished and I got the tape refilled. Quite surprisingly, the blue essay is being printed contained by black and the black text is mortal printed in blue. I hold just installed the black videotape after refilling. If nearby is no black ink, why blue text is anyone printed in black?

This is a strange problem. Have you get any solution? Please suggest.

so u got ur videotape refilled its fix, or to make sure be in motion to printer prefereces and Nozzle Check if the printout is as shown on ur screen, but for then verbs ur Printer head by clicking the herald clean contained by printer preferences, it will be allrite if the ink is original, if then u may own to change ur tape
did you reverse the cartridges? I have be known to put the black videotape in the color tape slot. Another thing is it possible that your black ink is out?
This happen only surrounded by India, I assume your printer is hp, btw have you connected your printer directly or thru lan, if Lan in attendance is problem with hp entry plane printer
