that means one of these files is missing or corrupt...
oUrlmon.dll
oMshtml.dll
oActxprxy.dll
oOleaut32.dll
oShell32.dll
oShdocvw.dll
turn to start-->run--> and type cmd then click ok
consequently at the command prompt type regsvr32 (and the name of respectively of the files listed above one by one)
for example regsvr32 urlmon.dll <enter> and so on until you win through all of them...should fix that issue
uninstall it from add/remove hardware.
Reinstall it.
try again.
