When printing a document that have color within the font, why won't it print the color, singular black?
Answer:
On your printer properties, check to see it you have it set to print within black only. You should know how to do that when the print pane comes up. You should be able to tweak adjectives sorts of settings in at hand.
You may also be out of one of the colors needed, and black may be default. Not knowing what type of printer you enjoy, there's really no way for anyone but you to know if it does that. Mine default to black if one color is out, my daughter-in-law's printer just stops printing altogether.
It sounds similar to your printer is set to print in grayscale, so you enjoy to go to your printer's Properties/settings and conversion the output from grayscale to color.
Either you printer is set to greyscale printing, or you have a monochrome printer.
