GL.
Reboot. oh, you tried that....hmm...sorry
Turn your computer and printer stale. Let sit for 10 minutes or so, then turn subsidise on. When all else fail turn them off. If for some use that fails, unplug your computer and printer from the outlet. Again permit sit, then restart.
Unplug the printer from the computer and from the electrical source and permit it sit for 30 minutes. (Most instructions say10-20 minutes, but I found that 30 works better.) At the end of your waiting time, restart the computer next plug the printer back surrounded by, to the electrical first, then to the USB port. It may own to find your printer again, but that's okay, let Windows find it. Your print queue should be cleared by later.
If it's a Canon printer, it could take as long as 24 hours. A lot of the current Canon printers own a problem with clearing the print queue.
The reboot should hold killed the print opening....
Start --> Settings --> Control Panel
Using left mouse button select the -Administrative Tools ICON
Next locate and select "Services" ICON
Scroll down the eyeshade and look for a service called "Print Spooler"... Stop this server and restart it and see if the problem dissapears....
Hope this help....
You mentioned that you restarted your computer and printer, but did you try unplugging it for about an hour? Then plug it contained by again and see if that helps.
