At what age should my 11 month frail be capable of chomp through next to a spoon or fork?
Answer:
why is this in the printer category?
Well later don't give him a fork! All tomfoolery aside, you do have to start giving him a plate and spoon at some point...I wait until my kids were closer to 2 to tender them foods that required a plate and/or made a mess...I started them in their soaring chair around 8-10 months and put foods on the tray that they could nurture themselves or I would feed them myself, but an actual plate and fork beside real food didn't come until 18-24 months. Good Luck!!
spoons are best to start beside. All depends on the kid as far as what age. My son was alway incredibly independant, and refused to chomp through unless I let him nurture himself from a very young at heart age, probably by like 9 months. Not that he started out hugely good at it. Try those bowls next to the suction cups ont he bottom, they stick to the table and are much harder to dump. Let him explore with the spoon, can brand one hell of a mess at first, but only agency he will learn.
very well he can eat beside a spoon when u feed him
