No usb cable for lexmark 1200?

99.9% of adjectives printers and scanners are sold without a usb cable. That's a standard practice. You can buy a usb cable or use one that you already have.

You can also download the documentation on that printer from the Lexmark website. I assume it the Lexmark Optra Color 1200:

No there's a specific usb cable for that and you need to find that out beside the documentation that comes with the printer. If you don't hold it, try looking at lexmark website. I know the other usb end is comparatively smaller that the other end that attached to the workstation.
