In regard to this printers history of giving false paper preserve errors, it just begin happening to our ip1500 just this minute as well. We hold simply been pressing the reset button until the available job prints (usually takes pressing the reset 2-4 times). However, later night my wife (who is NOT a computer person), granted to try pressing the reset button even before the print living started, and lo and behold, the job printed fine short a paper preserve error. I have since printed several more multi-page documents minus any paper conserve errors! I don't know if her actions be just a lucky fluke, but perchance this will help others beside this problem.
