i install an adjectives in one printer and i cant print anything, it say that the printer cant communicate with the computer, surrounded by fact, everything appear to be right even the 1 document pending appears. I did everything install and reinstall the software, follow up adjectives the instructions, shutdown firewall, antivirus, etc. plug and unplug usb, power cord, and nothing, check controllers and nought. what else should i do? I think perchance my usb cable is not compatible but i could connect it, is that possible? please, please help i dont know what else to do.

yes usb desires to be connected unless you're using wireless server, verify that windows wizard did not install drivers, but you did near cd, check usb cable, or try another one for now to testing, possibly check settings on printers manual setup by it self, later run maintenance software and check installations and alignment settings,
