Go to start- controll panell , click on printers & other hardware,after click printers & faxes then double click on your printer to depart it up then click the printer tab consequently click cancell all documents. That should clear you up. Hope it help.

OH GOD, YOU MUST HAVE THAT "9 TO 5" EPISODE IN THE MOVIE WITH THE COPIER. NOT FUN. DID YOUR PRINTER COME WITH A PROGRAM DISC? I WOULD DISCONNECT EVERYTHING AND DO KEEP IN MIND, YOUR PRINTER COPIES CAN BE TRACED. I WOULD CHECK FOR A VIRUS AND SCAN IN SAFE MODE AND THEN REINSTALL THE ENTIRE PRINTER. SOMETHING IS SENDING A MALFUNCTION CODE OR ERROR TO THE PAGE COPY SYSTEM. TRY THIS AND REMEMBER DISCONNECT IT ALL! THEN RECONNECT AND CHECK YOUR PRINTER SETTINGS TOO. IF NOT, TRY YOUR PLACE WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRINTER.
Is it a network printer ?
Delete adjectives the print jobs from queue.
Switch past its sell-by date all the computers and printers everything together.
Leave it surrounded by off condition for 5 minutes.
And next try.....
If not OK then dis-install adjectives the printer driver from all the PC and server.
Switch past its sell-by date everything.
Reinstall and configure printers.
Switch on the printer.
And then try ........

reinstal the printer or set it put a bet on to the factory set up.
Go into control panel => Admin Tools => Services
Look for spooler stop it.
Open explorer and go to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRIN...
Delete what is contained by there restart spooler.
Right click the deity of printer and then nullify the printing in queue.
travel to your control panel and select printers open the one your using and right click on the item to end it
Go to Start menu/Printers & faxes
Double click your printer to open up the print queue and from the "printer" menu select "Cancel adjectives documents"
This should clear your printer
Go to START - RUN - type service.msc to launch the services screen.
Here, find print Spooler - Right Click - Properties - Recovery - Subsequent failure - set it as restart
Now, restart your printer again I think it should fix

if you are using an xp computer look at the project bar at the bottom click on the printer within and then click on documents tab and consequently click cancel ok
GIVE IT A GOOD KICK if that doesnt work breed sure when you select print your copies are selected at 1
