I am trying to install an HP Deskjet 920c printer, but when I put the disc surrounded by, nil happen.?

It should automatically start the installation process when the disc is inserted, but it does not. When I open up the disc and click on autorun.exe, nil happens. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Go to control panel and click Add Programs.
Click install software from cd or floppy.

If that doesn't work, here is something wrong with your computer and you requirement to contact hewlett packard.
