Sending faxes...Line is busy/no answer?

Does anyone know why this would crop up. Could it be a simple setting on my end?

1. The one that say line is busy, apparently my friend other keeps her fax on.

2. This one I tried to christen the phone number and got a fax tone so I figure I'd try my fax AGAIN! BUT to no avail!

I have tried to look contained by my printers manual but it doesn't specify settings. The wizard configuration pops up and it "looks" right but consequently never sends. I DO NOT have bid waiting so it's not that.

Answer:
try to send fax on "ON HOOK" mode this will work. its be going to first you deal number by attached phone or on hook and when you bring back fax tone than you press start to send fax
