I enjoy installed my HP all within one series successfully, but when I try open up my HP Director zilch happens. I hold uninstlled everything and then reinstalled it, but it still will not unscrew up. I wanted to see how much ink I have left, but I can't do that, since my HP Director will not embark on up. What do you think is wrong and how can I fix it. Thanks for the give support to.
