What's wrong near my Dell 924 printer?

Every time I try to print something it in recent times wrinkles the paper and stops it within place. Also, there isn't any composition to be jaming it up. What's the deal?

this happen to me all the time, pick up the printer and really gently shake it side to side a couple of times and it will re-align itself.
