Printer Problems...?
Also, now i Can't even get underway My computer or control panel. When i click either one, adjectives of my icons disapear briefly and when they comback my desktop picture is gone as if i inadequately shut down. I have run antivirus programs and own found no problems.

Its definitely problem beside your computer rathe computer setting. As replied by the other person the spooling settings or surety settings are preventing it to print.
To get rid of this problem confidently reinstall the OS.
"Printing" means that it have sent the stuff you want to print to an area within memory and is waiting for the printer accept nouns.
You don't tell us if it moves, is celebrated, USB, inkjet, etc, but to try---
FIRST - delete the printer bu turning it off, the select the printer contained by Printers & Faxes and press the delete key.
Connect the printer, Turn the printer on, and when it detects it [it should at least] after have it reload the drivers.
If that does not work ---
R-click the printer, select properties, Advanced, "Print directly to the printer". This feat will stop it from sending the document to the "Spooler" [memory].
