Is it a wireless printer? This happen mostly to wireless printers. I think you should check adjectives connections to see if the USB an power cables are connected. Then try to repeal the job and start it again.

Apparently, when you installed your printer, you predetermined the access to it to the "hp administrator".
Suggest you uninstall and then reinstall, and be carefull of the settings.
