Ink videotape not person detected surrounded by Lexmark X2450?

Aaargh! I'm trying to replace ink tape in my Lexmark X2450 but brand new cartridge not man detected. Does anyone have any tips, except throw printer away...!!!

Try to turn off and on the printer after replacing the cartridges... That might relief. ;)

Did you remove the plastic strip befpre putting it in your printer? Did you put the color videotape in the color slot as capably as the black in the black slot? These are some things I forgot to do. Why dont you try googleing?
