Bluetooth/ laptop /printer /router?

okay own my internet on a wireless router. My printer, the pixma mp600 says it's blue tooth enabled. Is it possible to in recent times make the printer wireless approaching the computer, through the router? Another way I thought be to buy the bluetooth, but if I do that do I also have to buy the adapter for my computer or is in that a way I can download a program/ drivers that will allow me to access the printer wirelessly in need the computer adapter?

Answer:
WiFi (802.11) and Bluetooth don't talk to respectively other, even though they use the same frequencies to do their work.

If you desire to use the Bluetooth option on your printer, one inexpensive solution is to pick up a cheap USB -> Bluetooth dongle for your computer. Belkin make a pretty good one. They're available at any computer store and online.

Don't permit that list price alarm you off. They're available for much smaller amount than that.
You need to own bluetooth on both your computer and printer, or you need to own 802.11 wireless on both printer and computer or it wont work. You could either buy a wireless print server, or bluetooth adapters.
