I put surrounded by a new tape because the old one solely printed certain colors. The current one won't print color at all. The computer is a Macintosh and the printer is an Epsom color 740.

if thats the porblem go obtain your printer checked, epson i have have bad experiences near that printer and later on get on HP i have be using it since 6 years and has never given me a problem since, any with ink or printing.
the certainty may be that your ink cartridge may be jammed. replace or afford the same final to the dealer and he will cheerfully return it put money on . a new one.
