The reason its screwed up is because youre not supposed to replenish those damned things - just buy a bright one.... I can never understand why citizens will go through so much aggravation, mess, uncertaintly, mediocrity - newly to save a couple of dollars.....inadequate
Go into the maintanance folder of your printer properties and reset your ink counter.
I had impossible to tell apart problem, every printer I have ever owned I enjoy filled (some easier than others), but approaching you, my printer told me the same words, and the two lights B&C be flashing like batty, all I did be, lift the ink access lid a couple bad inches and straight down, put a picture in the scanner, pressed the color copy, and it printed the picture (my piece of equipment said the tanks be empty, even though in that was 5mils within each compartment, 10 contained by the black).
