What is internal error 2738 on my MSI laptop ?

Just tried to nouns HP Photosmart Essential 1.12 free disc supplied with my pack of HP photo article and got this error message !

Personally I would give attention to it's a conflict between vista and your MSI laptop.

Vista is so full of problems, and many programmes and peripherals do not work beside it or cause chief conflicts.

Personally I would stick with Windows XP ably into the year 2008. Hopefully by the Microsoft would have get their act together and patched virtually adjectives the holes that Vista has.
