Hello Fellow Torontonian! Depends where you are? Scarborough town basis, dufferin mall. They are pushcart type stores in the pathway, not store fronts, easy to find and really cheap. Some group stores do it too! Most privatly own computer stores can do it as well.
i warning you not to refil epson ink cartridge. it will cost you almost one and the same as you buy new one.
one and only HP cartridge are well-mannered for refill, others are no guranty that they works apposite after refilling
