That is why you should buy "cheap" brands;
and, toss them when they quit.
Repair option:
1. Unplug from computer and electric while computer is on and already booted.
2. Restart computer with printer still unplugged both ways.
3. After computer is up and running, presently replug
the printer electric and USB.
4. Print something. If that fails
5. Try a bright USB cord from the computer to the Printer.
6. Print something. If that fails
7. Toss it and get hold of a new printer.
