What can I turn an out-of-date printer into?

I've be keeping this EPSON C42 for a good 5 years, and in a minute it's about time I catch a new printer. Somehow I get attached to the old mechanism although it's the noisiest and slowest thing one can conjure (most likely why I luv it so much), and can't stand the thought of throwing it away. Of course, it can't become a TV or an aquarium, and it wouldn't be really usefull as a lamp any, but there's got to be something it can be turned into for use surrounded by the future...

Get some sand and plant some flowers within it.
Throw it man
Give it to a Co that recycles electonic equipment, the plastic can travel off and be remade into something else, the electronics can travel elsewhere . . .
etc etc etc

Unless you need a doorstop, within which case fillit near concrete
A paperweight?
how about a ink bubble machine gun..basically brainstorming here. but u can use the paper loader as the paint bubble loader... and then it add on a air container or somthing and then it will shoot out ink ball the other sides.. then u can construct it - make its own inkballs- by similar to using the cartriges and stufff...
paper holder
