try to checked to printer cable at the back, you can unplug and plug it again, the printing porcess will be rescind when you turn off your printer for a couple of minutes, or try restarting your workstation
click on the printer image hard by the bottom of the screen and click on withdraw document.. this will cancel it. and the weekly should come out..
Unplug printer from elictric first then from the computer , hang about a few minutes . plug in again . This have helped me differant times . It resets some item .
Also if you don't have ample memory the printer will stop .
There should be a place to cancial printing ..
Look at the book that came beside the printer under troubleshooting .
