I craving that I.T. would enable that function here.
Anyway, it is usually within the print server setup, at least near most of the HPs that we use.

Try updating the printers driver it looks like it is misunderstanding instructions.

remember you own to install the drivers on all the computers on the make friends. But try it on one computer first to see if it works.
Disable that feature surrounded by net work features (prefferances) setup. If its not here its part and parcel of your os. Disable from within. Its actually a deeply helpful phase. Keeps paper work organized at a busy printer! If big papers get misconstrued within your office because you disabled this factor you are going to look very foolish, Ever hear of a pink slip?
