My HP 930c do not print color after reinstalling?

reinstalling the software or the tape ?
if it's after installing a new videotape,make sure the tab on the videotape is off and consequently make sure the tape is seated correctly...
if it's after reinstalling software,uninstall software and reinstall from cd.....
if software installation is correct and ink cartridge installation is correct,double click on printers within control panel,right click on printers,go to properties,check printing preferences/advanced and form sure it's NOT set to print grayscale/black and white only...
