Cant dowload driver for my printer?
Answer:
try driver.com
Do you have a firewall or something similar to spysweeper or mcafee because those sometimes block installation of certain things. My suggestion is that you temporarily disable them and try to install the driver
I'm not sure. Turn your pop up blocker rotten to allow pop ups. Usually there's a little windowpane that comes up and asks if you want to allow thus and so, but I guess all systems are different. Good luck.
download.com
if you registered the printer you can call upon the company and they will mail or present you a site to download it....firewall blockers could be stopping you as well ...be in motion to tools and pop up blockers and disable that before download
You can other ask Lexmark to send you a driver on disk. You can try to gather the driver to disk when downloading it then install it from your firm drive. if you are using Win XP let XP try and install it for you. Many ways around it. sounds resembling you may have a firewall issue too. if it get to the end and abort then try turning bad your firewall and downloading it again. I would save it to disk to some extent than let it run from it's current location though - you will probably enjoy better luck - PeAcE
Try hitting f8 at bootup to access adv. options menu, and pick undisruptive mode with network. Once booted into safe mode see if you can download the driver that means of access..
Don't run the file when downloading it. Save it to a directory or desktop, then run.
Maybe this will work if you haven't done so. I find some of the files are big and it doesn't come across to download right when I don't actually liberate it first.
go to Windows Update and consent to them scan your computer for driver updates.when you get to the CHECK FOR UPDATES BUTTON press the custom buttom.you may stipulation to erase all of your "tempoary internet files" first.
If you are running Windows XP see if the computer will certificate it automatically. Plug it in and turn it on. See if it can find it and install it on its own. If not, run to this website and see if Lexmark can detect it and install it: http://support.lexmark.com
Be sure to have your printer turned on and connected to your computer when you do any of the above options.
try to bring back the driver on driverguide.com
