We own a printer here at work that gives one of the human resources trouble some of the time. The printer is a Ricoh and the problem is that when she prints out one of the report formats it sometimes comes out in Wingdings. A restart of the program clears this and it prints fine. The printer driver is up to date and everyone else uses it lacking problems. So i don't think it's a driver issue. Any other suggestions?
Answers:
Check the font that they are using, and which is the evasion.
Sometimes when people are shifting fonts, they set one as default and forget to transfer it back
Hope that help
