I own a epson c42 plus printer both lights hold flashing i enjoy changed ink but i dont know whats wrong near?
Answer:
This sounds similar to the Maintenace lights - Epson have a mean bit of software in their printers that emergency that the printer be serviced after a certain number of prints - if you close the eyes to it, the printer will very soon stop printing altogether (very nice of Epson eh?).
There's a software packet out there that you can use to reset these running counters called SSC Service Utility - works wonders!!
jump to your printer in the control panel, right click, properties.
you should see a button on the windowpane that appears saying printing preferences. click it
within will be a tab saying repairs. go to it.
click on the ink tape replacement button and follow the procedure. don't remove your cartridges during this.
check your paper nurture, sounds like its stuck
I foolishly bought an Epson C42 and like thing happen to mine. It came down to a servicing issue and I be not prepared to pay to hold it serviced, so I dumped it and bought a decent Canon printer instead.
